Other than being in the skin trade, it seems CEO is the only other job in America where it pays to suck. Investors lay crippled under tumbling stock prices and the rank and file are being laid off en masse. Yet many corporate executives are making more money than a corn dog salesman at Lilith Fair.
The outrage of struggling Americans has finally reached its zenith. Whether or not pay caps on executive cash compensation will have their intended effect, Obama’s Administration is hoping it will lessen the sting of reality’s unforgiving bite on the working class.
