Mixtape: Saturday Night Sure Thing
June 17th, 2010
Looking back it is easy to see this playlist drips with cheese, but keep in mind it was the 80s. Notice the strategy of having the harder rocking songs on side A then the make-out ballads on Side B. Genius! Toss me a Michelob Dry!
In today’s issue of The Toilet Paper we pay tribute to mixtapes and long lost cassettes.

Side A
Sucker in a Three Piece – Van Halen
Say What You Will – Fastway
Miss Mystery – Black -N- Blue
Sweet Child O Mine
Home Sweet Home – Motley Crue
Bon Jovi – Livin on a Prayer
Side B
Love Bites – Def Leppard
Save All Your Love – Great White
We’re No Good Together – Tesla
I Remember You – Skid Row
Don’t Know What You Got (Till It’s Gone) – Cinderella
Here I Go Again – Whitesnake

LOVE THIS! I love the time line that it takes. Side A you are out and about prowling… first couple of songs you put yourself out there… then Miss Mystery shows up… she becomes your baby with Sweet Child of Mine… take her back your place with Home Sweet Home… life is good with Living on a Prayer… there must have been a fight with Love Bites… hold on baby we can work this out with Save All Your Love… shit this won't work with We're No Good Together… don't worry baby I won't forget you with I Remember You… damn did I do the right thing by letting her go with Don't Know What You Got… oh well, where is the next one with Here I Go Again.
F'awesome!!!

Great setlist. nGeneration Y should understand there were more rock bands than Winger, despite what hours of watching Beavis & Butthead might lead you to believe.
