Ridiculous lawsuit. Even though White Castle serves high-calorie food with low nutritional value, people aren’t required to eat a ton of it. The Castle can also refuse service to anyone; it doesn’t NEED to serve this Kessman guy. He also doesn’t NEED to eat there. Screw him and his “cheese was extra” complaint. Hey, Kessman. You don’t need cheese on your burgers you fat pile of lazy suing-the-place-but-still-send-your-wife-there-on-burger-runs crap.u00a0

He sues under the people with disabilities act.u00a0 What is his disability?u00a0 Not being able to stay on a diet and exercise more?u00a0 Since when is that a disability?u00a0 He does have a right to complain about the seating, but I don’t really think he had a right to sue.u00a0 We give too much power to people that think everyone should bow to their desires.u00a0 I almost typed “needs” in that last sentence, but he has no “need” to eat at White Castle.u00a0 It is only a desire.

Sometimes obesity is the result of causes other than (or more than) “this guys is a lazy do-nothing.” Real medical and psychological issues can contribute to (or cause) obesity, so I wonder if there is some merit to the “disability” claim, in theory. This guy seems litigious, though.

The lawsuit is ridiculous. nYou can’t fit in the booth, get your food to go. n

Geesh, this fat-ass is upset about not fitting in a booth.u00a0 Okay, give him a jumbo booth… his next step will be to sue White Castle for giving him heard disease and diabetes

  • Alyse

I bet the lady with the triple ZZZ boobs could sue, too! I know I have a problem fitting my D’s between a bench and table. I’ll sue on account of the mammaries, that’s a disability, too, yanno. F’ing jackass.
