Q: Did you ever NOT date a girl because the acne was terrible….see her 10 years later and think “omg…I made a serious mistake”?

I WAS that horrid acne girl….Still have occasional lite outbreaks…but I’ve gotten more than my share of looks and leers and dates since school daze. Even married 3 times over the years (I’m 60 now) and am dating a man from my high school years. HE’S the one with the “omg” thoughts and comments! No negative thoughts about prior attitudes: Kids’ll be kids, life goes on, etc. Just loving life day by day.

Wow, this brought up a few repressed memories (like making out with a girl who had a bit of acne, which I did not care about… until I put my hands up her shirt and felt some b-acne… It was like a book in braille– but getting a handful of boobs made up for it) I am soooo glad that the trauma of puberty is behind me!
