We want to know what you "think" about.  These short "yes/no/don't care" surveys provide another way for TTP readers to learn, share, and blast off.

Thinking About … Fragrance

Roses always smell better outside the funeral home !

  • BD

once you get past the smell…you got it licked.

I recently watched the DVD movie “Perfume”. It shows how powerful scent can be. Not a great movie, but a good idea poorly executed. Scent can be very powerful in moving the mind.

Just a small comment on Jennifer Aniston being older and childless: Why do you care? Did you want to take care of her babies for some twisted reason? Do you realize that this planet is overpopulated and we really don't need another female rabbit squeezing out another one? I'm 33 and I've had a hysterectomy and don't regret it for anything this side of Venus. Too many famous women (and women who like to act like them) are getting pregnant because it is “fashionable”. None of them think twice about the state this planet is ending up in due to their proliferation. If you need a child, adopt. There are thousands of needy babies out there already. Don't add to the problem.

Where did we say we cared whether Jen Aniston had a child or not? We didn't and don't. It was merely a question on the survey above. Most people don't care, the AND was written with tongue firmly planted in cheek. Thanks for playing.

    I wish I were 41 and childless.

I'm so tired of these “Celebrity Fragrances”. It's total bullshit. It just gives stupid people another reason to put money in “Celebrity Pockets”.

  • Sally

I'm 41 single and childless and it sucks. But I don't think there's anything wrong with me… maybe everyone who knows me would disagree! But I just assume it just hasn't happened for me yet.

When I was in high school I reeked of English Leather(Baby Boomer stuff), but it was trendy. Then I went into a 30 year phase of hating all perfumes of all kinds. Now in my middle old age, a realize that aroma and fragrance is an alluring and pleasant part of a well designed wardrobe. Find your personal bouquet and wear it with pride.
