IMHO, you can’t get better than the Trinity movies. (Maybe it’s ‘cos I’m a girl, but I like my westerns with a bit of humour.) I just wish the quality of the copies available weren’t such crap.u00a0

Sadly you have to hark back to the classics in western film teritory these days if you don’t want over produced afectated tripe in your western movies. Back in Clint’s day they really knew how to do it and with out any cheesey slow motion sequences of how the guy’s flying through the air with bullets flying and extreme close ups of the action in excruciating detail. nnIt’s a real case of back to basics really. That’s why some of the best most classic westerns are black n’/white jobs. Those were the days when the story and setting were mre important than dazzlingly pristene effects.
